Municipal Program

Upcycle Products offers three (3) template Programs for Municipalities. All three have pros and cons and are explained in further detail below. Additionally, we can customize any of our plans to suit specific needs for each community including creation of accessory kits, education, and demonstrations on installation. The rain barrels in all three of our plans include the rain barrels and instructions for installation.

All plans require:

  • Municipality staff and resources to help distribute the barrels, collect payments, promote and advertise the rain barrel event.
  • A location of substantial enough size in order to offload, store, and distribute barrels.
  • Involvement of purchasing or financial officer to help coordinate receipt and payment of funds.
  • Support from local press and businesses to advertise and promote event.
